- Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients
- Track and improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Act as the voice of the customer for product improvements
- Plan and execute business reviews with senior clients
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within account plans Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Canadian audio and TV markets
- Proven account management or customer success background
- Familiarity with WideOrbit products essential
- Excellent communication and project management skills
