Job Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
ISC has to define the window concept & ISC for retail marketing calendar. Role is responsible for designing in-store fixtures and elements required for retail activation by taking inputs from Brand Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Functional;
- Own and drive the translation, adaptation and production of ISC elements as per given guidelines of global Retail Marketing Campaigns, Promotions and In-Store Communication tools
- Work closely with market Brand Marketing on the development of creative and ensure all necessary global CoE Mono-brand approvals are obtained
- Provide complete concept of a campaign including window and ISC
- Arrange a pilot for the concept and evaluate with key stakeholders i.e. Brand Marketing, Retail marketing and Visual Merchandizing
- Develop in-store communication elements based on store specific needs (eg. store directory, pathfinders etc.)
- Work within set budget controls
- Work closely with retail marketing and brand marketing to develop activation tools for specific campaigns/promotions
- Provide detailed guidelines on the finalized complete docket for VM team and vendors (where applicable)
- Train and brief the agency on the element requirements based on the marketing calendar
- Keep up to date on what new innovations around materials and concepts being used by competition and other brands
- Review the effectiveness of ISC elements through regular feedback from Operations and Visual Merchandizing
- Ensure all ISC elements comply with global standards and provide a leading shopping experience for all customers
- Support the Visual Merchandising Manager to implement the Global Franchise visual merchandising standards and guidelines in all store concepts and formats within the specified region/area
- Ensure all stores within specified region/area comply with Global standards and guidelines and provide a leading shopping experience for all customers.
- Identify and communicate local store needs and best practices to the Visual Merchandising Manager
- Conduct store visits in line with the store visit plan and ensure that all stores in the specified region/area are visited a minimum of [#] per quarter.
- Coach Store Managers and specified store staff within specified region/area on the Global Franchise Visual Merchandising standards and Guidelines.
- Keep up-to-date on what competitors are doing and provide feedback to Visual Merchandising Manager on any current and upcoming fashion trends across the Market. Implement locally applicable tactical solutions to competitor actions as advised by the Visual Merchandising Manager
- Work within set budget controls
- Collation of seasonal/promotional POS collateral numbers and communicates to Marketing Activation Manager
- Ensure all windows are displayed in line with specified marketing calendar/campaigns and comply with window guidelines. Ensure these are presented to a high standard, including window stickers, graphics and mannequins

- To monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Design software fluency (Adobe Graphic suite, Coreldraw, Sketchup, Video editing tools)
- Fluency in English and local language of Market HQ
- Good numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills
- Geographical mobility
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Functional: > 3-4 years in sales and/or Marketing, ideally with retail focus
Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
Leadership: NA
Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Account Marketing
University degree in Fashion/Business with marketing and sales focus
