- Dealer network (Roofing companies selling solar)
- Full EPC execution (we install and fulfill)
We are bridging the gap between technology, Key industries, and execution - delivering the tools, structure, and expertise needed to accelerate the developement of distributed energy resources and drive clean energy value to market faster and more efficiently.
Our goal is to scale from 40+ jobs per month to 500 jobs per month, and we are seeking a high-level Sales director to build and lead this growth.
Job Overview
This is not a traditional sales management role.
You will architect, build and scale a dealer-driven solar program inside roofing companies, while optimizing our internal sales process.
You must have experience in:
- Residential solar sales leadership
- Residential roofing sales leadership

Key Responsibilities
Dealer Channel Growth & Activation
- Turn roofing companies into high-producing solar dealers
- Implement performance standards and accountability systems
- Build and scale a lead distibution program
- Manage existing Partner pipeline
- Continue Building new partner pipeline
Sales system developement
- Create unified roofing-solar sales process
- Improve close rates
- Standardize scripts, offers and pricing strategy
Program & Compensation Design
- Align with executive team to implement, dealer comp plans and margins
- Align incenatives between company and dealer partners
- Optimize profitability per job
Training & Enablement
- Train roofing sales reps to sell solar and other energy adders
- create and implement a strong referral program
- Review existing onboarding systems and playbooks
- Implement ongoing performance coaching
Revenue & KPI Ownership
- Own sales forcast and performance metrics
- Track dealer output, close rates and install conversion
- Drive monthly and quarterly growth targets
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven track record leading both Solar & Roofing sales teams
- Experience building and scaling a dealer/EPC program
- Managed 100+ deals per month
- Strong understanding of solar financing (loans, lease, PPA alternatives)
- Experience training non -solar reps to sell solar products
