Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing equipment dealership supporting the agriculture industry across Western Canada. They are seeking experienced Agriculture Equipment Technicians to join their service team in both shop and field-based roles.

As part of the service team, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agriculture equipment while ensuring customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and recondition agriculture equipment and components
- Perform repairs on combines, sprayers, high-horsepower tractors, and large agriculture engines
- Complete inspections, maintenance, and repairs on hydraulic, electrical, transmission, engine, and precision agriculture systems
- Maintain accurate repair records including time, parts, and service documentation
- Order parts and materials required for repairs
- Maintain tools, equipment, service vehicles, and work areas in clean and safe condition
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow all company safety procedures and Occupational Health & Safety standards
- Complete safety reporting and required compliance documentation in a timely manner
- Work independently and collaboratively within the service team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Journeyperson / Red Seal certification in Heavy Equipment or Agriculture Equipment Technician preferred
- Strong agriculture equipment experience required
- Experience with CASE IH equipment considered a strong asset
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and documentation
- Experience with:
- Hydraulics
- Engines
- Electrical systems
- Transmissions
- GPS / Precision Agriculture systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Commitment to workplace safety and best practices
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver’s license required
Work Environment & Schedule
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Overtime available during peak seasons including spring and fall
- Field technician opportunities available with company vehicle provided
- Some positions may include travel or on-call responsibilities depending on branch needs
